Please read this carefully. It defines exactly what Trade Vectors does and does not do, and it applies to everything on this website.
What we do, and only what we do
Trade Vectors LLP provides technology development, consulting and API-integration services only. We build and integrate custom software that runs our clients’ own trading logic. That is the whole of our business on this website.
We do not, in any capacity:
- provide investment, financial or trading advice, or recommendations to buy or sell anything;
- manage money, hold client funds, or act as a portfolio manager;
- supply trading strategies, signals, tips or “ready-made” money-making systems;
- promise, project or guarantee any profit, return, or performance of any kind.
Trade Vectors is not registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst, Investment Adviser, stockbroker or Portfolio Manager, and nothing on this site should be read as an activity requiring such registration.
Your strategy, your decisions, your responsibility
When we build a system, the strategy, the risk parameters and every trading decision are yours. Our software executes the logic you specify. It does not decide what or when to trade. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for their outcomes.
Trading involves risk
Trading and investing in financial markets, including any form of automated or algorithmic trading, carry a substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital. Automated systems can fail, and market, data, connectivity or execution conditions can produce unexpected results. Any historical or backtested result is hypothetical, has inherent limitations, and is not a reliable indicator of future results. Before trading, consider your circumstances and, where appropriate, seek advice from a suitably licensed professional.
No performance representation
We make no representation that any system we build will be profitable, will avoid losses, or will achieve any particular result. Where we describe past work, we deliberately describe the engineering, never returns or performance figures.
About reviews and references
Any reviews or references shown on this site relate to our technical work and service, not to investment results, and reflect the experience of the individuals who gave them; they are not a promise of any outcome for you.
Third-party names and trademarks
Broker, platform and product names (for example Interactive Brokers, MetaTrader, NinjaTrader, TradingView, Zerodha and others) are the trademarks of their respective owners. We name them only to describe the systems we integrate with. Their use does not imply any partnership with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those companies.
A note on mutual funds
Mutual-fund distribution is a separate business, conducted under its own AMFI registration on a dedicated property, and is subject to its own disclosures. Nothing on this website relates to mutual funds, and nothing here is an offer or solicitation to invest in any scheme.
