Index options automation
Index options are where a lot of automated trading happens. Nifty and Bank Nifty in India, and index and ETF options in the US. We build the software that runs your index options strategy, to your rules, and we handle the mechanics that make these markets fast and demanding.
Why index options are their own thing
Index options behave differently from single-stock options, and that changes what the software has to do well:
- They are cash settled. There is no stock to deliver, which changes how positions close and how expiry is handled.
- They are very liquid. Tight spreads and heavy volume mean prices move quickly, so live data and low latency matter more, not less.
- Weekly and same-day expiries. Same-day (0DTE) trading is common, and it leaves no room for error because the contracts expire that day.
- Strikes cluster near the spot price. Choosing the right strike quickly, from a busy chain, is central to how these strategies run.
The markets we build for
- India: Nifty and Bank Nifty. The most popular index options with Indian traders, run through your broker and their approved algo process.
- US index options. Index options such as those on the S&P 500, through brokers like Interactive Brokers.
- US ETF options. Options on major US ETFs, which many international traders use to trade the US market.
The engineering is the same discipline we bring to all options automation: live data, fast strike selection, tight timing between legs, partial-fill recovery and careful order handling.
You bring the strategy. We build the system.
We are engineers, not advisers. We do not supply index options strategies, we do not give trading calls, and we make no claim about what any strategy will earn. Index options and same-day expiries carry real risk, and leverage can work against you quickly. You supply the logic and hold the trading account. You are responsible for meeting your broker's and regulator's requirements. We build software that runs your rules correctly, and stops when you tell it to.
