Copy-trading and allocation platform development

You run a copy-trading or allocation business, or you are building one. We build the platform behind it: mirroring trades across accounts, allocating per customer, and enforcing risk on every account. This is software for the operator. We build it. You run the service.

To be completely clear: Trade Vectors does not run a copy-trading service, does not accept investors, and does not manage anyone's money. We are a software company. We build the platform for the business that operates it, and that business holds every customer relationship and regulatory obligation.

One master decision is mirrored into each follower account and sized to its own rules. The operator runs the service; we build the software.

What we build

A copy-trading or allocation platform has to move one decision into many accounts, correctly and fairly, every time. We build to your specification:

  • Mirroring across accounts. A master strategy or account whose trades are copied into many follower accounts, across brokers where needed.
  • Per-customer allocation. Each follower sized by the allocation model you define, so a signal becomes the right position for each account, not a blind copy.
  • Risk per account. Limits and controls applied to every follower separately, so one account's rules never leak into another.
  • Operator tools. Onboarding, an admin panel, monitoring and reporting, and a full audit trail of what was copied where, and when.

Why fair copying is harder than it looks

Copying a trade sounds simple until real accounts and real markets get involved:

  • Accounts are different sizes. The same signal has to become a sensible position in a small account and a large one, which is an allocation problem, not a copy.
  • Fills are not identical. Followers do not all fill at the same price or the same instant, and partial fills have to be handled without leaving accounts out of step.
  • Fairness and timing. The order in which accounts are handled, and how fast, has to be fair and defensible, especially at scale.

Underneath, this is platform engineering: the same execution, reconciliation and monitoring as our multi-broker platform work, applied to the copy-and-allocate problem.

You run the service. We build the software.

We are the technology vendor, and only that. You operate the platform, you hold the relationship with your customers, you supply or approve the strategies, and you carry every regulatory obligation that running the service involves in your jurisdiction. We do not operate the service, we do not manage money, we do not take custody of funds, and we make no claim about returns. What we build is the software, as our custom trading software.

Common questions

Can I join your copy-trading service?
No, because we do not run one. We are a software company. We build copy-trading and allocation platforms for the businesses that operate them. If you are building such a business, we are the technology partner. If you are looking to follow someone else, we are not the right people.
How does allocation across many followers work?
A master account or strategy generates the trades, and the platform mirrors them across follower accounts using the allocation model you define, per account, with risk limits applied to each. Partial fills, different account sizes and timing all have to be handled fairly, and that is most of the engineering.
Who carries the regulatory responsibility?
You do, as the operator. You hold the relationship with your customers and every regulatory obligation that comes with running the service in your jurisdiction. We build and maintain the software under contract. We do not operate the service, manage money, take custody of funds, or make any claim about returns.
