Privacy notice

This notice explains how Trade Vectors LLP (“Trade Vectors”, “we”, “us”) handles the information you share with us through this website, chiefly our enquiry form. We keep it plain, and we collect only what we need to reply to you and keep the site secure.
Who we are
Trade Vectors LLP is a trading-technology firm registered in India, with its registered office in Mumbai. For anything in this notice, contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
- What you send us. When you submit the enquiry form: your name, email and message, and optionally your phone number, country, market, broker or platform, whether you already have a defined strategy, the project size, the budget you have in mind, and how you heard about us. You choose what to include.
- How you reached us. Basic attribution (the page you enquired from, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags or UTM parameters in the link you followed), so we understand which of our pages are useful.
- Technical data, minimised. To prevent spam and abuse we record a one-way hashed form of your IP address (never the raw IP) and your browser’s user-agent string. If anti-bot verification (Cloudflare Turnstile) is enabled, we record only whether the check passed.
- How you use the site. Through Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics: the pages you view and how you reached them. See analytics, cookies and tracking below.
We do not knowingly collect any special-category or financial-account data through this site, and we ask you not to send it. Please don’t include account numbers, passwords, or trading credentials in the form.
How we use it
- To read and respond to your enquiry, and to follow up about it.
- To prevent spam, abuse and fraud, and to keep the site and our systems secure.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and which pages generate genuine enquiries.
We rely on your consent when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, protecting our site and understanding how it is used. We do not use your details for automated advertising profiling, and we never sell them.
Who processes it for us
We keep the list of processors short and name them plainly:
- Cloudflare hosts this site and stores enquiries in a Cloudflare D1 database, provides the security layer (and, where enabled, Turnstile anti-bot), and counts visits through Cloudflare Web Analytics.
- Google provides Google Analytics 4, which measures how the site is used (see below).
- Zoho: its ZeptoMail service delivers the notification email to us and the acknowledgement email to you, and Zoho Mail hosts our
@tradevectors.commailboxes, where your enquiry and any correspondence are received.
Each acts on our instructions under its own terms; none is permitted to use your data for its own marketing.
Analytics, cookies and tracking
We use two analytics services to understand how the site is used: which pages people read, where they came from, and whether an enquiry was sent. Neither receives what you type into a form.
- Google Analytics 4 records the pages you view, the site or link that brought you here, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (country and city, worked out from your IP address, which Google Analytics does not store). It also records a few actions: that an enquiry was sent (with the project size and whether you have a defined strategy, if you chose them), and taps on the WhatsApp and booking links. It never receives your name, email, phone number or message.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and page speed without cookies and without identifying you.
Cookies. Outside the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) so it can tell a returning browser from a new one. They last up to two years unless you clear them. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, no analytics cookies are set: Google receives only basic signals without cookies, which cannot recognise a returning browser. Cloudflare may also set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from abuse.
No advertising. Advertising storage and ad personalisation are switched off on this site, so no advertising cookies are set, and we do not use analytics data for advertising.
How long, and how to opt out. Google Analytics keeps the detailed records for 14 months; after that only summary totals remain. To opt out, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Scripts. Besides the two analytics scripts, the form scripts run only where there is a form: on the contact page, and in the short brief box on some service, client type and guide pages. They submit the form and (if enabled) run the anti-bot check, which in the brief box loads only once you start filling it in.
The WhatsApp button and the "book a call" links are plain links. Tapping WhatsApp opens WhatsApp (Meta), and the chat is covered by WhatsApp's own terms; booking a call happens on Calendly's website under its terms. No WhatsApp or Calendly code runs on our pages. Apart from counting the tap in Google Analytics, as described above, we collect nothing through these links.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we reasonably need it to respond and, if we begin working together, for the life of that relationship and a sensible period afterwards for our records. If you’d like your enquiry deleted sooner, just ask. Google Analytics keeps detailed visit records for 14 months, as described above.
Where it’s processed
Our processors operate globally, so your information may be processed outside your country, including outside India and the EEA. Where that happens, it remains subject to this notice and to those providers’ own safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it, and to withdraw consent. To do any of these, email [email protected] and we’ll action it.
Security
Enquiries are transmitted over HTTPS and stored on managed infrastructure. Your IP address is hashed rather than stored in the clear, input is validated server-side, and access to the data is limited to the people who need it to reply to you.
Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses and adults, and are not directed at children.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and its “last updated” date. Material changes will be made clear.
