Strategy marketplace platform development

You are building a marketplace where strategy providers list and subscribers subscribe. We build the platform behind it: listings, subscriptions and billing, and execution through to each subscriber's account. This is software for the operator. We build it. You run the marketplace.

To be completely clear: Trade Vectors does not run a strategy marketplace, does not host or vet strategies, and does not accept subscribers. We are a software company. We build the platform for the business that operates it, and that business vets its providers, holds its subscriber relationships, and carries every regulatory obligation.

What we build

A marketplace is a multi-sided platform: providers on one side, subscribers on the other, and a business running it in the middle. We build all of it to your specification:

  • Provider onboarding and listings. The tools for your approved providers to publish and manage their strategies, with the isolation to keep each one separate.
  • Subscriptions and billing. Subscriber sign-up, plans, and recurring billing, so the commercial side runs itself.
  • Execution to subscribers. Each subscription carried through to the subscriber's own account, sized and risk-checked per account, the same engineering as our copy-and-allocate work.
  • Operator tools. Admin, monitoring, reporting and a full audit trail, so you can run the marketplace and prove what it did.

Why a marketplace is a serious build

A platform that other people's businesses depend on has to be built like one:

  • Multi-tenant by design. Many providers and many subscribers on one system, kept cleanly separated so no one sees or affects anyone else.
  • Fair, per-account execution. One strategy becoming the right position in many different accounts is an allocation problem, handled fairly and at scale.
  • Money and trust. Billing, permissions and an audit trail all have to be right, because a marketplace lives or dies on the trust of both sides.

The execution layer here is the same engineering as our copy-trading and allocation and multi-broker platform work.

You run the marketplace. We build the software.

We are the technology vendor, and only that. You operate the marketplace, you vet and approve the providers, you hold the relationship with your subscribers, and you carry every regulatory obligation that running it involves in your jurisdiction. We do not operate the marketplace, we do not host or recommend strategies, we do not manage money, we do not take custody of funds, and we make no claim about returns. What we build is the software, as our custom trading software.

Common questions

Can I list my strategy on your marketplace?
No, because we do not run one. We are a software company. We build strategy marketplace platforms for the businesses that operate them. If you are building such a marketplace, we are the technology partner behind it.
What does the platform actually do?
It lets your providers list strategies, handles subscriber sign-up and recurring billing, and runs each subscription through to the subscriber’s own account under the rules you set, with the admin, monitoring and audit tools an operator needs.
Who is responsible for the marketplace and its content?
You are, as the operator. You vet the providers, hold the relationship with your subscribers, and carry every regulatory obligation of running the marketplace in your jurisdiction. We build and maintain the software. We do not operate the marketplace, host strategies, manage money or take custody of funds, and we make no claim about returns.
