Trading execution engine development

The engine that runs your strategy, continuously, in the cloud, and recovers on its own when something goes wrong. Independent of your research and your dashboards, built to stay up and keep its promises to a live market. You bring the strategy. We build the engine.

What we build

An execution engine is the part that cannot afford to fail quietly. We build it as its own service, to your specification:

  • Always-on execution. A standalone engine that runs your strategy or its signals continuously, unattended, through your broker.
  • Clean recovery. Reconnection and reconciliation after any interruption, so it works out what happened while it was gone and never double-sends an order.
  • Order and risk handling. Placing, modifying and cancelling orders, with risk limits and a kill switch enforced in code.
  • Separation of concerns. The engine kept independent of research and any user interface, so each can change without putting live trading at risk.

Why uptime is the whole game

For an engine that runs your money, staying up and staying correct is not a feature, it is the product:

  • Things will break. Connections drop, machines restart, brokers go slow. The engine has to expect all of it and carry on safely.
  • State has to survive. After any interruption, the engine's picture of its positions and orders must match reality before it does anything else.
  • Cost against speed. The right infrastructure depends on the strategy. A positional system needs almost nothing; a latency-sensitive one needs more. We size it honestly, which is part of our technology and infrastructure thinking.

At platform scale, this engine is the core of our multi-broker platform work, and it connects to your brokers through our broker API integration.

You bring the strategy. We build the engine.

We are engineers, not advisers. We build the engine that runs the strategy you bring us. We do not supply strategies or signals, we do not manage money, and we make no claim about returns. You operate the engine, and every trading decision stays with you. Most of this work sits inside our custom trading software service.

Common questions

What is an execution engine, exactly?
It is the part of a trading system that actually runs: it takes your strategy or its signals, places and manages orders through your broker, enforces risk, and keeps going on its own. We build it as an independent service, separate from research and any user interface, so it can run continuously and reliably.
How does it recover after a crash or a dropped connection?
That is most of the work. When the engine restarts or a connection returns, it reconciles what actually happened while it was gone against what it expected, and carries on without re-sending an order it already sent. Recovery is designed in from the start, not bolted on.
Do you host and run it, or do we?
We build the engine, and you operate it. We can help you deploy it to your own cloud and set up the monitoring, but you own the environment, supply the strategy, and make every trading decision. We do not run the service for you or manage money.
